1. Clients will receive a welcome letter
outlining the next steps and payment schedules.

2. We will use a forward diary system to guarantee
follow up phone calls, e-mails etc.

3. Each property will be checked on a regular basis
to monitor the development of the property, and where possible photography will be provided during the progress of your build.

4. If you have purchased a new property, there will be an opportunity to inspect the works before completion takes place, ensuring that you are fully satisfied. Alternatively we can carry out an inspection on your behalf.
